The Starlink Gen 3 Standard is the latest antenna to be released in the Starlink range. It’s designed for fast, plug & play deployment and as long as it has a clear, unobstructed view of the sky, it can be set up in minutes to provide reliable, high speed WiFi internet access.

By connecting to a global network of satellite, Starlink provides fast internet access in area & locations without wired or mobile network connectivity. You can typically expect download speeds  of between 25 and 220 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 and 20 Mbps, giving it similar performance to broadband/leased line internet (speed/performance is always subject to environment conditions, location and network traffic).

The Starlink dish requires a clear, unobstructed view of the sky, and it may not work in locations such as built up urban areas or woodland, where it cannot receive and transmit signals. We can arrange for a remote – or in person – site survey to determine if Starlink will be suitable for your intended location.

We generally recommend the Starlink Gen 3 Standard Kit for most applications where fast internet access is required, such as providing on set WiFi for crew and production teams. We also offer the Starlink High Performance Kit which can offer slightly improved bandwidth speeds for broadcasting and video uploads.

Our rental kit consists of the Starlink Antenna, a Starlink WiFi router and mains power supply. We can also offer additional routers and WiFi access points if a more complex network setup is required at the location.
