I would like to thank you (Richard) for the excellent service. We had hired a large amount of equipment for the 19th of February. So much, in fact, that we needed a bus to transport it. However, the day before, we realized we didn’t have a bus available to collect the equipment. Richard was incredibly kind and helpful; he arranged a delivery and pick-up service for us, really coming to our rescue. On top of that, the equipment is top quality. We’ll definitely rent from this place again whenever we’re in London!

The Shoot Blue team truly went above and beyond for our production. The equipment is high-end, but their staff is the true gem. Honestly one of the best rental companies ever. I’ve rented from them twice and both times were last minute and they acted so fast and helped me out of a real tight spot. Feel compelled to leave a review because Richard went so above and beyond for our production - even allowing us to return kit to his home address since we would have missed the close of the warehouse after our shoot (and would have needed to have courier it back from Kent the next day).
