For locations without internet access (or areas with slow/unreliable connectivity), we can supply a portable WiFi solution for fast, resilient internet access. Whether it’s for a small production office or providing multi-point WiFi and internet access for a large unit base setup, we have a range of solutions to ensure your production team and crew stay connected.

We utilise SpaceX Starlink satellite system as the backbone of our location connectivity offering, but can complement this with 4G/5G cellular connectivity where additional network redundancy is required. When blanket WiFi coverage is required over a large area, such as a unit base or an event, we can provide additional networking hardware such as multi-WAN routers and Mesh access points.

Using Starlink connectivity, we can typically provide download speeds of around 200Mbps and upload speeds of approximately 15Mbps, which is comparable to wired broadband performance. Whilst the upload speeds are significantly slower than download speeds, this provides enough bandwidth for many video streaming applications such as LiveU and Frame.io
